What does a care plan cover?
Each plan includes an annual boiler service as standard. Higher plans add central heating cover, plumbing support and unlimited callouts. See the plan comparison for full details.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, all care plans have a 12-month minimum term. After the 12 months, you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How old can my boiler be?
We accept boilers up to 15 years old onto our care plans, provided they pass an initial inspection. Boilers over 15 years may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
What if my boiler needs replacing?
If your boiler is beyond economical repair, we'll give you honest advice and a competitive quote for a replacement. Care plan members receive a discount on new installations.
Can I use my care plan straight away?
There is a 30-day qualifying period from signup before you can make your first claim. Your annual service can be booked immediately.
Are there any excess fees?
No. All call-outs and repairs covered by your plan are completely free of charge — no hidden fees or excesses.
